To Andy Cooper-Leary, the internet is the perfect modern representation of yin and yang.

Who or what that you follow on social media is your favorite guilty pleasure?

It's a tie between @Super70'sSports on Twitter and "Tinder Nightmares" on Instagram. Super 70s is a positively ironic array of pictures and commentary that make you yearn for the era of big sideburns, free range kids, big wheels, and an assumption that everyone of note was either corrupt or completely doped up. Tinder nightmares? You have to check it out as my words cannot do it justice.

Favorite news story of the year?
Haha that's hysterical! Oh, wait that's a serious question? Look, I am just happy on that rare day that I pick up the paper or open my news feed and don't feel like judgment day is upon us. That happens about once every two to three weeks.

Internet : pro or con?

Why the question mark? Both! One moment you get depressed by a horrible story of human suffering, impending environmental disaster, or the current US Government. The next moment you get incredible acts of generosity and goodness, senior citizens putting on a production of "Hair" at an assisted living facility, or a video of dogs fending off a shark attack. It's the perfect modern representation of yin and yang.

By the way, I'm not kidding about the dogs.

Describe your perfect tech free Sunday?

Just give me a beautiful day by the water or in a park with plenty of time to read a wonderful book (an actual book) and I am good.

Flossing, Dabbing, Shiggy, or Shoot?

I prefer to sit at the bar and quietly ridicule those who try these moves. #sorrynotsorry
